Job description: What will you do as an operator in the bakery?
You work in a day shift at our modern factory in Waddinxveen, your shift starts at 07:00.
You will get to know several departments, including preparation, the pouring cabinet and the weighing kitchen.
Working with raw materials according to recipes is an important part of your daily work.
You work according to Lean and 5S principles and perform food safety checks (HACCP).
You replace the day together with your colleagues in a tidy, clean working environment.

Job requirements: What do we expect from you as an operator:
You are a real team player who gets energy from collaboration.
Experience as an operator is a plus.
You have an eye for detail and take safety and hygiene seriously.
Reliability, motivation and dedication are qualities that suit you well.
You are flexible, curious and like to learn.

Employment conditions: What do we offer you as an operator:
A salary of up to €2,750 gross per month.
25 vacation days per year.
An end-of-year bonus of up to 8%.
